We operate a Modular Home Sales and General Contracting program. We focus on North Central, CT and Western, MA. However, we will do wholesale transactions anywere in CT, MA and along the CT and NY borders. Our wholesale transactions are marked up less than one-half of the typical mark-up and enable the home buyer to save considerable money. Under this program we still offer unlimited consultation and can pair you up with a builder in your area. In addition, I'm the factory representative for Future Home Technologies for 10 counties along the CT/NY border and Fairfield and Litchfield counties in CT. If you are interested in Future Homes I can introduce you to one of my builders close to your project and/or handle the transaction through my own company.
