They eventually outgrew their production facility, and in 1971 a "state of the art" production facility was designed and built in Gering. It is this facility which continues to operate today. This new facility allowed modular homes to be constructed in one piece. Building the home together, then separating it for shipment, guarantees a proper fit when it is installed on site.
