We offer both turn-key and wholesale pricing from our manufactures for added savings. We can do Acessible plans with 36” doors for those in need or a roll-in shower for a wheelchair.

• What County are you looking to build in and when, do you own the land or are you looking for land.
• What is your time frame to be in your new home.
• Are you looking for Turn-Key or Wholesale pricing.
• Do you have a home to sell before you begin.
• Do you have a plan in mind? Crawl space or basement?

Once a home is chosen and you have decided to build, Gulf South will give you $500 off the price of your home if you take the time to visit the plant while your home is under construction. This will let you see the quality going into your new home. But hurry, the average home is built and ready for delivery in under ten days.
