Indiana has adopted mandatory, statewide Modular Homes Building Codes. Local jurisdictions may adopt more stringent regulations only with the approval of the Indiana Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission.
Code Alert: The 2010 Indiana Energy Conservation Code (Ashrae 90.1, 2007) will be effective May 6, 2010.
