• Colorado does not have state Modular Homes Building Codes for commercial construction; codes are adopted at the local level.
• State of Colorado enforces codes for Factory-Built Residential and Non-Residential Structures. Information can be found online.
• The State Buildings Programs (SBP) has adopted mininum requirements for all state-owned buildings and physical facilities including capital construction and controlled maintenance construction projects, outlined below.
