County Dept. of Public Works to provide building services. Cities that contract with L.A. County are Artesia, Carson, Commerce, Duarte, Industry, Irwindale, La Canada Flintridge, La Puente, Lakewood, La Mirada, Lawndale, Lomita, Rolling Hills, Rilling Hills Estates, Santa Fe Springs, Temple City, and Westlake Village.
