We are a small family owned and operated construction company operating out of Hunterdon County NJ.  Our base of operations takes us to Northampton, Bucks and Lehigh Counties in Pennsylvania as well as to Hunterdon and Mercer Counties in New Jersey.  

We have been in business 30 plus years completing Modular Homes for over 20 years. We have a large gallery of projects both in the modular home field and in the renovation field.  We are a general building contractor with experience in all areas large and small.  We have completed many custom construction jobs.  We take pride in our work and are always happy to provide references.  

The field of Modular Homes is new and exciting.  Modular Homes provide a more cost effective means of building your dream home than stick building. Modular homes are built in sections in a controlled environment which allows production to continue despite the weather. Mass production allows the modular company to order building materials in large quantities.  

The process of building a Modular Home requires research.  Not all Modular Homes are built the same.  Quality Modular construction actually exceeds all of the standards set by the stick building industry.  Finding a quality Modular Company is important. Finding a bank that understands the modular process is also quite important. Not all banks are capable of funding a modular project due to the payment schedule required.  Finally, finding a quality local contractor is very importnant. Your general contractor will be your contact person throughout the process from start to finish. This is a large job not to undertaken by a homeowner without ample time and soem background knowledge. A good general contractor will save you money and have you in your home more quickly than you could on your own. A good general works with subcontractor to complete your project in an efficient manner.
