The Freedom series, offers less options and features, but it gives homeowners a home of equally high quality, and is more affordable. The current management, Craftech Building Systems, Inc., acquired ownership of Heckaman in 1986. Heckaman Homes currently employs approximately 120 people and their facilities comprise 90,000 square feet on 20 acres and they produce 450 homes per year. Full-time crews are employed by Heckaman Homes to provide service to homeowners in accordance with their warranty.
