According to Mike Young, Marketing Director they can deliver as far as Bakersfield California.
Palm Harbor’s, facility located in Millersburg California only produces HUD-code manufactured homes. “The Millersburg plant is in the process of getting certified to start delivering modular homes to northern California,” Mike did not indicate when that would be but probably sometime in 2007.
