They accept only the best in above standard construction materials, they employ the finest craftsmen using only the best tools, and are very particular about the building process -even “over-building” components to assure safe transportation and delivery. They retail their homes through a network of independent dealer/builders that are required to follow Avis’ guidelines from the preparation of the site through the final finishing of the home. I have talked to a couple of their independent builders in Pennsylvania and I like the requirements that Avis puts on their dealers and the accountability this produces.
