Fuller Modular Homes (FMH) is located in Hartford, CT. We're authorized distributors for multiple modular home manufactures and have been in business since 1985. FMH's offers two purchasing programs. Our wholesale program allows home buyer's to save substantial money by managing parts of your project yourself or with the help of local contractor. This unique program provides daily advice, the modular home, delivery, and a factory trained set crew and crane. After the home is set onto its foundation you're left with a weather tight home that's 95% completed. Our wholesale solution is marked up between 5 and 10% versus the standard 25% to 35% markups that are standard in today's market. Or, you can select our turnkey program. This process provides everything that the wholesale program offers but we also manage the entire project from beginning to end. We currently service Connecticut, Massachusetts , New York , Rhode Island , Vermont , New Hampshire , Maine and New Jersey with both programs.
